City Development sets the challenge for city planners because strategic master planning and efficient land use is developed to build smart cities for the future.  The event will discuss structured urban planning addressing the issues of Governments and Local Authorities to curb urban sprawl, providing proper urban security and supply basic social infrastructure in growing areas.  City densification will be a formalised as government need to uphold the practicality of urban design and planning as it plays a major role in the viability of cities to attract investments. City Development will look into a devising a sustainable, self-financing and stable city systems to service growing urban areas to reduce city foot-printing and environmental impact. Transportation infrastructure integration will also be addressed to benefit city dwellers in moving towards sustainable urban mobility.
