The 6th edition of the Resilient Cities congress series will take place June 8-10, 2015 in Bonn, Germany. Resilient Cities is the global platform for urban resilience and climate change adaptation, organized by ICLEI – Local Governments for Sustainability and co-hosted by the World Mayors Council on Climate Change and the City of Bonn, Germany. The congress brings together 500 expert participants, including representatives from local governments, academia, international organizations, NGOs, and the private sector. With over 40 sessions plus networking and side events, the congress offers the perfect opportunity to connect with resilience practitioners and researchers, to build new partnerships, and exchange ideas and good practices.
Resilient Cities 2015 will focus on a variety of key topics including financing resilience, communicating resilience and ICT solutions, urban risk data and indicators, adaptation and DRR planning.
