On February 4h, 2016 Dr. Nadia Makram Ebeid, Former Minster of Environment and President of CEDARE (Centre for Environment and Development for the Arab Region and Europe) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with ISOCARP (Khalid EL Adli, Vice President) in hope of promoting sustainable green cities in Africa and the Arab World.
