“Innovative Communities: Creative Planning in the Inland Empire and Around the World,” will highlight ways in which the world must respond to 21st century challenges with creative strategies and programs in an effort to ‘make great communities happen.‘ With the Inland Empire gearing for a population explosion of 1.1. million more people by 2020, presentations will include a wide range of approaches to innovative planning from both local and international perspectives.
