The University of Valladolid, through Instituto Universitario de Urbanística, has launched the call for four (4) researcher positions of a 15 total previewed for the European project urbanHist (Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions, Innovative Training Networks H2020-MSCA-ITN-2016.
The call is intended for university graduates (graduates or masters with a total of 300 ECTS in degrees relevant to the study of the history of urbanism) who are not still doctors, who have a knowledge of English equivalent to a level B2 and that, in the case of UVA, have not had their main residence in Spain in recent years and have a basic knowledge of the Spanish language (equivalent to A2).
The objective is to employ researchers who make a thesis in the history of twentieth-century urbanism (each offered position is associated with a subject) under a scheme of co-tutelage, so that a single thesis will provide their doctoral degrees at two of the European universities participating in UrbanHist. The offered researcher contracts are for three years and their remuneration is very interesting.

The deadline is 15 December at 10 am (Spanish peninsular time).
In addition to the application and the usual documents (academic records, EU homologated master degree …), two CVs (short and long) and a proposal for Research for each specific requested position in English, and research texts done by the applicant with the subject that is requested or related must be submitted.
