You are invited to participate in the Balkan Architecture Biennale and Decoding Balkan International Conference to take place in 14-17 November 2019.
%50 discount on fee will be provided for the YPPs from Balkan region who are members of ISOCARP.
The deadline for the submission of short papers is 1st of November. The only criteria for selection is that the research is related to Balkan urban, spatial development including urban design, especially in regards to various codes that are (mis)understood among Balkan countries.
