UPAT in Shantou, China (2013)

On the occasion of the 50th Anniversary of ISOCARP, we look back on 10 years of Urban Planning Advisory Teams (UPATs). The results and effects of these UPATs were brought together in the book: Ten Years of UPATs: Reflections and Results.
