As knowledge partner of the Hannover Messe, ISOCARP co-organised two Russia Special Panels at Metropolitan Solutions at Hannover Messe 2013, the world’s largest industry fair together with the Russian Urban Planners Association (RUPA) on 10 April 2013.

• Infrastructure development in Russian cities: Politicians, technology providers and planning experts will discuss needs for infrastructure development in Russian cities.
• Infrastructure challenges of the 2018 FIFA World Cup: The needs and infrastructure challenges of the 2018 FIFA World Cup cities will be focused on in a special panel at the afternoon of the Russia special.
