- Keynote speakers and Congress Team members do not have to pay the registration fee.
- Invitation to any of the congress sessions or any other contribution to the congress does not waive the payment of the registration fee nor any other related expenses to any invitation.
- Accompanying persons have no access to the congress sessions.
Congress Member
A non-ISOCARP Member participating for the first time in an ISOCARP Congress and paying 500 euros or more in Congress Fee is automatically considered “Congress Member” for one trial year (congress to congress), without any additional financial implication. Selected Young Planning Professionals (YPPs) are also automatically considered Congress Member for one (free) trial year. For more information click here.
Groups
Groups are eligible for the following discount: for every ten registrations, you receive one free entrance.
Conditions:
- Minimum 10 persons; same country; same institute/ organisation or employer;
- Individual registration obligatory, registration fee as above;
- One group payment;
If you wish to register as a group, please contact ISOCARP Head Office (contact person: Monica Ornek, ornek@isocarp.org) to receive your group name for the registration process.

Registration Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation of registration must be sent to the ISOCARP Head Office.
- Cancellations received before 01-09-2015: 100% refund minus transfer/ handling costs Euro 80.
- Cancellations received from 01-09-2015 to 30-09-2015: 70% refund.
- Cancellation received from 01-10-2015 and no show: no refunds.
- Possible refunds will be processed after the event.
