Round table: Proposals to Strengthen Resilience and Sustainable Urban Development in the face of Climate Change in Latin America

The event seeks to evaluate how the cities of Latin America (in Peru, Venezuela and the Caribbean, Brazil, Mexico and Argentina) face the challenge of adapting to climate change and what changes and policy options they can implement to strengthen their role to meet this global phenomenon. The speakers (experts from the countries mentioned above) will quickly present the successes and failures of Latin American cities. They will answer the questions: What changes must be generated to prepare Latin American cities for climate change? How to accelerate things so that Latin American cities can fully adapt and be resilient in facing climate change?
