Payment in Kroner for participants from Norway

  • Registrations with full payment until 15 July 2018 benefit from a reduction in congress fees.
  • Selected authors have to pay the fees above.
  • Keynote speakers and Congress Team members do not have to pay the registration fee.
  • Invitation to any of the conference sessions or any other contribution to the conference does not waive the payment of the registration fee nor any other related expenses to any invitation.

Concert by Leif Ove Andsnes
On 2 October the world class pianist Leif Ove Andsnes will be playing in the Bodø concert hall Stormen. Bodø Municipality succeeded to reserve 25 tickets for congress participants (ticket price: € 49; first come, first served). Tickets are also on the market, but usually are sold out very quickly.

Registration Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation of registration must be sent to the ISOCARP Head Office at overtoom@isocarp.org.
  • Cancellations received before 15-08-2018: 100% refund minus transfer/ handling costs Euro 80.
  • Cancellations received from 16-08-2018 to 15-09-2018: 50% refund.
  • Cancellation received from 16-09-2018 and no show: no refunds.
  • Possible refunds will be processed after the event.

Congress Member
A non-ISOCARP Member participating for the first time in an ISOCARP Congress will automatically be considered “Congress Member” without any additional financial implication for the period from the congress until 30 June of the following year. For more information click here.
